What does it mean, invoke, reveal? How do you get it, find it, uphold it. You walk it in every decision, in every action, reaction you make.

Aligned action with wholesome interaction. Conduct in accord with what you value. Choosing what matters, with Grace, with Ease and in Balance with who you are. This is Integrity in motion.

Integrity is an ethereal notion in one way, a high falutin way of saying Strong? Resilient? Immutable? Or is it? Where do you notice Integrity in the World? What is its flavor, capacity, intention, vibration? Where do you note its absence?

Between the two which feels better?

So what do you choose?

Holding Integrity is like balancing a porcelain tea cup full of liquid on the edge of your nose. At least it can feel like that.

Other times it is being perfectly fluid in the flux of events. Centered, at ease and in a complete sense of your own knowing.

How you cultivate the latter is by walking the landscape of what you hold to be true, to be real, where your boundaries are, what that means if they are transgressed. What you stand for, value, hold dear.

Principles are ideals that govern our lives if we choose to live by them. So what happens when being in Integrity with yourself means blasting the ideals of others out of the water. You know they will never understand your reasoning the why of your conduct. Does that matter? Does it really matter what other people think? How much so does it?

What is most important to you to hold your own barometer of being or to have it conditioned on fitting in? See what this question brings to you if you lean in to it.

The reward for understanding what Integrity means to you is invaluable. It allows things to get truly simple as well. Your choices become more effortless, and if you are stuck in a decision which way to go, going deeper within usually leads you to the truest answer.

Things often show up in pairs for me. Diametrically opposed opportunities, big shifts depending upon which path I take. Sometimes it is utterly inexplicable which way to go, so all you’ve got is your gut instinct. Your inner radar to guide you.

Sometimes people and things are cloaked in guises so you have to see through the facade, the appearance to what is underneath, what is directing their behavior. Are they trustworthy, are they loyal, do they tell the truth? How do you feel in their presence? Ask see what is revealed, align from there.

You are always course correcting anyway, so what I do know for sure is the clearer you can be in choosing, in knowing in aligning with what matters to you, what you value, what  you truly desire, the closer you will be to bringing that to you in accord, in balance and with eyes wide open along the way.
